It definitely varies from baby to baby. Some babies start solids as early as 4 months whereas some start at 6+ months. Both my babies started solids at 4 months. Why? Because they were ready. How did I know?
On July 18th 2016 at 4:59 pm we were blessed with our little gorgeous daughter Hana weighing 2.59 kgs. She was such a precious little thing. When I had Adam I thought I could never possibly love another baby the way I love him and I’m sure I’m not the only mama that feels that way or thinks like that. Holding Hana on my chest made me feel otherwise. She was just a few minutes old and we were already in-love with her. She was so tiny just like Adam and so beautiful, our little babies
My baby is almost 6 months mashallah (in two days) Time honestly flies by! Feels like just yesterday I held him for the first time. I know I always keep going on and on about my love for Adam but I just can’t stop! Adam has made me a better person. He’s made me appreciate life so much more. Seeing him smile lights up my world. He is truly baba and mama’s angel. And words can’t express how much joy he’s brought into our lives.
Who knew feeding a baby solids can be so emotional and yet so funny and beautiful! Adam’s been taking solids so well, we are so proud of our little one! Me and hubby try to make it as fun as possible with the “airplane” spoon trick, he absolutely loves it!
No one warned me about the mess though! It gets so messy! But hey it’s worth it!
Luckily Adam’s appointment didn’t go as bad as we thought. At two months when he had his vaccinations, he was fast asleep so he hardly cried. This time I tried my best to put him to sleep so it’s easier for him as well but of course Adam didn’t want to sleep.
