God knows it’s a struggle keeping the little ones entertained in the summer! Normally it’s parks, backyards and lots of outdoor activities but with the heat, it’s impossible!
I’m always on the look out for new indoor play areas to make the summer fun and not so repetitive. This week we checked out the awesome and newly opened Dig It in The Souk Springs. If your little ones are fans of Bob The Builder or just building & constructing in general, they will absolutely love this place! It’s based on a real life construction site so it is super fun.

I am honestly so emotional at the thought of my son starting school in September inshallah. I am excited but also scared as h*ll!!
This will be the FIRST time ever I leave my son with someone that’s not my mum or husband and I am not sure I like that feeling right now. I am very attached to my kids and of course being a stay at home mum means I am there for them 24/7. The thought of having someone else take care of him for 6 hours a day is scary.
How do you trust them?

I’ve been to a few places around the world before having kids and back then those places seemed like amazing destinations and so much fun. However it’s a completely different ball game when you’re a mother of two planning family vacations. Now our holidays have to be kid friendly which means everything from flight time, hotel location, to restaurants and play areas/parks or kids activities. Of course most importantly the safety and security of our kids.

Seriously where did the time go? As Adam’s second birthday was approaching, I couldn’t help but get so emotional. He was my first! My first birth, my first baby, my first breastfeeding, my first teething; my first everything. He made me a mother. He changed my life completely in seconds and I thank him everyday for that.

If you ask me about my childhood, I can tell you I don’t remember my life before my brother. All my memories are with him and that’s what I hope Adam feels when he’s older. The gap between my brother and me is almost the same as Adam & Hana.

Going to the park with Adam is like getting ready for a marathon! I mean literally! Whereas Hana just falls asleep after few minutes
We found a new park that so far has no dogs whatsoever, it’s a bit of a walk from our house (compared to the other one) but it is definitely worth it. Adam can play in peace and we can feel safe while he does so!

I’ve always loved online shopping, only difference is now it’s mostly for my little ones rather than myself…… Okay well I still shop for myself too but not as much 😄
You will notice most of the stores I’ve listed below are ones I use to shop personally from which also turned out to have a Kids section:) How perfect?!

It definitely varies from baby to baby. Some babies start solids as early as 4 months whereas some start at 6+ months. Both my babies started solids at 4 months. Why? Because they were ready. How did I know?

On July 18th 2016 at 4:59 pm we were blessed with our little gorgeous daughter Hana weighing 2.59 kgs. She was such a precious little thing. When I had Adam I thought I could never possibly love another baby the way I love him and I’m sure I’m not the only mama that feels that way or thinks like that. Holding Hana on my chest made me feel otherwise. She was just a few minutes old and we were already in-love with her. She was so tiny just like Adam and so beautiful, our little babies

Kind of sounds like the band “Michael Learns To Rock” 😀 Which by the way I love! ❤
It’s been an absolute joy watching Adam try & try so hard to walk. Problem is he gets too excited and wants to run as well! I think he hasn’t heard of the expression “We Must Learn To Walk Before We Can Run”
